The death last Friday of 55-year-old Carroll Foster of Washington has been ruled suicide by the medical examiners involved with the case.

According to reports from the Rappahannock sheriff's department, Roy Frazier of Watfifngfon Mscoveted the ' body at Foster’s residence on Route 622 in Harris Hollow. Frazier left and returned with Milton Frazier and Earl Dodson. The three men then reported the death to sheriff W. A. Buntin who sent deputy Mark Wittl to the scene.
