Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Rappahannock County, Virginia, will on Wednesday, July 21, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. hold a public hearing as to the proposed Erosion and Sedimentation Ordinance for the County of Rappahannock. Copies of the aforesaid ordinance are on file with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County and persons affected by or interested in such ordinance may examine same between the hours of 8:30 a m and 4:30 p.m., Monday ^♦weugh -Fridmy Petsons affected by or interested in said ordinance may appear on July 21.1982 at 7:30 p.m at the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia to express their views. This notice is being published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in and having general circulation in the county of Rappahannock, Virginia.
