Commission
Forrest H. Kilbv. son of Rebecca C. Kilbv of Culpeper, has been commissioned a second lieutenant in the U. S. Air Force upon graduation from Officer Training School at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
The lietenant was selected through competitive examination for attendance at the school. Kilby will now go to Keesler Air Force Base. Miss., for training as a communications officers.
His wife, Arlene, is the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Starks of Woodville.
Trout Stocking
The Virginia Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries will continue trout stocking operations in streams across the state in July. :j jf
Area streams scheduled to be stocked include Big Stoney Creek in Shenandoah County oh July 15 and Hughes River in Madison County on July 17.
