Feltner, President of F & M National Corporation, Winchester, has announced that F & M National Corporation intends to make a tender offer for a majority of all of the outstanding common stock (par value $5.00 per share) of Citizens National Bank, New Market.
Feltner stated that F & M National Corporation common stock (par value $2.00 per share) for each share of common stock of Citizens National Bank with the condition that not more than 50 percent of the shares of Citizens National Bank common stock tendered would be accepted for cash in the exchange.
