Feltner said that, if F & M National Corporation is successful in obtaining a majority of the outstanding common stock of Citizens National Bank, it would then seek to merge the bank into an F & M National Corporation subsidiary in such a manner that it would become a wholly-owned subsidiary ot F & M National Corporation.
