agency or municipality and bearing permanent registration which are not routinely inspected in a private fleet station and which bear a semiannual inspection sticker as of July 1 must be inspected during the month in which the semiannual sticker expires.
"Under no conditions,” said Colonel D. M. Slane, Department Superintendent, in reiterating Governor Robb’s recent proclamation, “will a semiannual inspection sticker being displayed on a motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer as of July 1, 1962, continue to be valid after June 30, 1963."
