Howard and Helen Holschuh had a very interesting guest over last weekend — he was Tony Perez of Costa Rica, a small Central American country situated between Panama and Nicaragua. This was Tony’s third visit to Rappahannock, and the Holschuhs were delighted. Tony is employed with the U.S. Embassy in San Jose, which is the capital and largest city in Costa Rica. He is a translator and is in the U.S. Information Services. He was selected by the State Department to take part in the International Tele-news
