This week we will talk about faith pray-] 9 ing. j JJ When we pray, we must believe that the j 0 Father hears us and answers us. First, al-j y ways pray to the Father in the name of Jesus. ] J (John 16:23) Mark 1:15 says, "repent ye and 4 0 believe the Gospel." The Gospel is for now.! St When we pray, we must put our faith to work, j
Remember, He is our Father. He wants the] 9 best for His children, he will not move auto-] y matically, we must ask. He said, ask and yej £ shall receive. Matt. 7:7; Jn. 11:22; Jn. 15:7; Jn] y 16:24. We do not want to start a "bless mej club", as we said before; give and it shall bei 0 given Pray for others and all your needs and? S' desires will be met. This is called internes-j fi sion. Pleading for others with a loving heart. (I j 0 Tim. 2:1-3). !
Remember, JESUS is the man. FAITH is J #J the message. LOVE is the method. When you j 0 pray for leaders of other countrys or of ouri 5 country, you are praying in God's will and He J J will bless you for it. I am going to give you J 0 some very important scriptures. Always re-JI 5 member them. Mark 11:22-25. Jesus said,! 3j have the God kind of faith. That’s what verse J X 22 is saying in the scripture. «p Verse 23, "For verily I say unto you, that! j* whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be? 9 thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea;! y and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall be-j 9 lieve that those things which he salth shall J 9 come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he J £ saith. " This mountain can be any problem in j §t your life or in someone who you are praying 3 9 (interceeding) for. Verse 24. "There I say untoS £ you, what things soever ye desire, when ye| 0 pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye| shall have them.' J[ Verse 25. "and when ye stand praying, ? 0 forgive, if ye have anything against anyone, 9 that your Father also which is in heaven may £ 0| forgive you your trespasses. Verse 26. “But if Jye do not forgive, neither will your Fathers y which is in heaven forgive your trespasses " 5 >ln other words, your prayer will not be an ? 9 swered, your faith won t work, if you can t for-y
Remember, JESUS LOVES YOU and so
