U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 14-05 based in Colonial Beach, Virginia, recently held its Change of Watch ceremony and installed new officers for 1986. Among those sworn in were Rappahannock County residents Dorothy Davis as Flotilla Staff Officer-Public Affairs and Robert Mahlbacher, Flotilla Staff Officer-Communications.
