Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Thomas Starks, Jr. to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated and recorded August 10, 1982 in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 142, at page 219, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in said Deed of Trust by virtue of a violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing the holder of the note to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned, James W.
