Watson inducted

in Lambda Society

Dawn Watson, ■ of Sperryville, was recently inducted into the Bridgewater College Lambda Society.

The Lambda Society is an organization whose purpose is to encourage scholarly effort and achievement and to award those who have achieved unusual distinction in the pursuit of knowledge. A student must have minimum quality point average of 3.2 in order to be admitted into the society.

Watson, a sophomore majoring in French and in history and political science, is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Pendleton, Jr., of Sperryville. She is a 1984 graduate of Rappahannock County High School.
