INVITATION TO BID The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors hereby invites interested contractors to submit bids to provide all labor and materials for bid items No. 1 through No. 4 inclusive as related to the renovation of the interior of the courtroom of the Rappahannock County Courthouse in accordance with drawings and specifications which are available in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. The bidding procedures for competitive sealed bidding provided by the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Section 11 -37 et seq of the Code Qf Virginia, shall apply. Bid items are defined as follows: Item No. 1 Insulation, including the removal and disposal of existing attic insulation, complete. Item No. 2 Electrical work, complete. item NO. 3 Mechanical work, complete. Item No. 4 Acoustical ceilings, including removal and disposal of , existing ceilings, and related work, complete. Bidders may submit bids on any item, all items or any combination of items.
