The National Arbor Day Foundation is giving 10 free trees to people who become members during January. It’s a part of the foundation’s effort to promote tree planting throughout America. - Trees selected are Colorado blue spruce, red maple, white flowering dogwood, red oak, European mountain ash, black walnut, silver maple, Norway spruce, green ash and sugar maple.
\To become a member and receive he free trees, a $10 membership contribution should be sent to Ten Trees, National Arbor Day Foundation, 100 Arbor Ave., Nebraska City, Neb. 68410, by Jan. 31.
