Sectional Center Manager/Postmaster Shirley B. McDonald, Charlottesville Management Area, announced today that the Rural Carrier Examination will be given in the near-future and urged that all interested persons apply to take the job related test that can lead to Postal Service employment. Applications will be accepted at all 227 ZIP Code offices with rural delivery.
This examination will be used to establish the “227 Area Eligibility Register” for the position of Rural Carrier. Applicants will have the opportunity to select three post offices for Employment consideration. Complete information about the Register will be provided at the time of the test.
