FBI Special Agent Emmet Scott, of the Winchester field office, said he could not comment on the Harris Hollow raid. Agent Scott was involved because his office covers Rappahannock County, but he referred inquiries to the Washington, D.C. field office, which he said is in charge of the investigation.
Special Agent John Kelso of the Washington field office also refused to comment on the raids, except to say they were part of “an ongoing, joint investigation.”
