Sharon Kilpatrick’s article of “Doc” Snead’s legacy in the Nov. 1 edition of the Rappahannock News was splendid reading and brought back memories.
When I was bom, Dr. Snead not only saved my life, he saved my mother’s life also, since she was experiencing many difficulties during delivery. Seldom did we need a doctor thereafter, however when we did Dr. Snead was always available.
