PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of a tract of land of which James Edward Freeman died seized and possessed located west of the corporate limited of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing four (4) lots, as more fully described in said Petition.

An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Petition having stated that said Bernice Freeman and Kennedy Freeman are or maybe non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the address of Bernice Freeman, if she is living, is unknown, and that the address of Kennedy Freeman, if he is living is unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/ or addresses are unknown, which Petition has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, and that some or all of said persons may suffer from a legal incapacity, it is therefore,

ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED, that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having interest in all of that certain tract orparcel of land which JAMES EDWARD FREEMAN died seized and possessed are made parties defendant by a general description of “PARTIES UNKNOWN", as follows:

UNKNOWN HEIRS of James Edward Freeman his heirs, devisees and successors in title, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, and it is therefore further, ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Kennedy Freeman and Bernice Freeman, if they be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees or successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any other unknown parties having an interest in the lands James Edward Freeman died seized and possessed of whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before December 20. 1990 and do what is necessary to protect their interests herein.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, witnin ten (10) days after entry of the Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Court House and that the
