Eidson Crawford, of Dyke, 30 days incarceration, five months suspended jail sentence and two years probation;
Dennis Knicely, Chris A. Knicely, Clinton Curry, and Kenneth A. Huffman of Dayton, and Neil E. Miller of Bridgewater, each received six months incarceration with all but 10 days suspended upon successful completion of a two year probationary period, one hundred hours of community service and a $100 fine.
Judge Michael also assessed a $500 replacement cost for the illegally taken bear and required each defendant to pay a share.
