PUBLIC MEETING TO CONSIDER RESTRICTIONS ON DISCHARGING FIREARMS IN CHESTER GAP
In order to assess public opinion on the matter, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County shall hold a public informational hearing at the Chester Gap Fire Hall on Thursday, January 20, at 7:00 p.m., to consider the need for an ordinance forbidding the discharge of firearms in the Chester Gap area. The Board has been informed that persons discharging firearms on private property in the Chester Gap area have caused danger and/ or damage to adjaceht properties and/ or pedestrians.
