The same trend shows throughout the Rappahannock-Rapidan Planning District. Figures for Culpeper, Fauquier, Orange and Madison counties also show lower unemployment figures for November but fewer people employed.
The PD-9 unemployment rate! was 3.9 percent for November compared to 4.5 percent for October, but 53,845 people were employed in the district in Qctober, compared with 53,195 in November.
