Every Saturday since late September, the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League (RAWL) has been participating in “Mobile Pet Adoptions,” sponsored by the new Petstuff stores in Chantilly and Manassas.
RAWL takes animals from the shelter, and offers these animals for adoption at the Petstuff stores. You may have seen the caravan of mini vans loaded with pet carriers, animals and volunteers as they make their way down 211.
Petstuff is a chain of pet super stores that have recently opened in the metropolitan areai The stores are filled with pet products, encompassing everything you could possibly need for your pet. Pets are always welcome in the stores, and you will find many of them shopping alongside their owners. Only small animals,1 reptiles, birds and fish are offered for sale in the stores.
