DISTRICT ZONING ORDINANCE AND
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS
On Wednesday, January 19,1994, the Rappahannock County Planning Commision shall meet to consider a series of amendments to the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and the Rappahannock County Comprehensive Plan, to effect the changes described in the General Commercial Area Plan prepared by the Planning Commission in 1992.
These changes define, describe, and propose regulatory processes for the General Commercial area called for in the existing Comprehensive Plan (adopted in 1989) between Washington and the Shade Road (Rt. 622) along US Rt. 211/ 522, but which heretofore had not been mapped^r delineated in precise terms.
A complete set»of the proposed changes is available for public inspection at the County Administration and Zoning Office, Old Extension Office, Gay Street, in Washington, VA, from 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.
