Unemployment in Rappahannock dropped again in November to 2.9 percent according to the report of the Virginia Employment Commission released last week. However, this was not the result of more people getting jobs, but of more people apparently dropping out of the job market. In October 3,167 people were
(employed and 99 unemployed out of a work force of 3,266 in the county and an unemployment rate of 3 percent. The figures for November \ show 3,083 people employed and 93 ] unemployed with a work force of | 3,176.
