Congratulations to Carperon Yates, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gregg Yates down Griffinsburg area who has been named as head page of the House of Delegates in Richmond. He left Jan. 8 and will be there eight weeks.
For those of you living down Reva way there will be a public meetin at 7 p.m. on Thursday evening at the Bethel Baptist Church to discuss and encouarge interest for a Fire and Rescue Department to serve that area along with Leon and White Shop.
