FOR 1995-96

Learning Environment Coordinator. Due to administrative reorganization, the Rappahannock County School Board is seeking applicants for this entry level leadership position. Duties: Supervise custodial services, schedule and supervise maintenance work, manage safety programs, coordinate compliance with federal and state environmental programs, AHERA coordinator, manage water and sewer systems, assistant to transportation director, insure compliance with division environmental and safety policies. Qualifications: Hold or be immediately eligible for the Virginia Post Graduate Professional Certificate with the proper administrative endorsement, have excellent leadership and instructional skills, have excellent skills in working with professional and classified staff, students, administration, and the community. Have a strong willingness to serve customers, have a commitment to continuous improvement for each associate, student, the system, and society. Salary and Benefits: 12 month position. Salary will be determined by previous experience and training, employer contribution to Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Dental Insurance premium (currently $177.SO/month), employer payment of employee's 5% share of Virginia Retirement System costs.
