Matthew H. Jeffries, 31, of Brandy Station, was in Rappahannock County Circuit Court last Thursday to show cause why his probation should not be revoked.

This was the third time Mr. Jeffries has been in court because he had not complied with thenjjtrms of his probation. Besides not paying restitution and court costs in a timely manner, and not keeping in touch with his probation officer, Mr. Jeffries was recently convicted of assault and battery and destruction of private property, while on probation.
