stated that the case had developed a pattern .and pointed out that this was the third time that Mr. Jeffries had been in court for not complying with the terms of his probation.
Judge Robertson said Mr. Jeffries had violated the terms of his probation, and instead of imposing the remaining four years in jail that he could have, he decided to continue Mr. Jeffries on 12 more months of supervised probation.
Three terms of his probation will be to pay $100 a month toward restitution, continue counselling, and remain drug and alcohol free. He told Mr. Jeffries, “If you violate this there is a good chance you will go to the Department of Corrections for the whole four years.”
