6 loin pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
1 2 1/2-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup sherry
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
Brown chops in butter. Season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake at 350 degress for 1 hour or until done. Serves. 4-6.
