The 19-year-old college sophomore from Castleton is putting together a Rappahannock Night at Camp Fantastic, a week long camp for youngsters who are battling cancer.
Because many farmers need payments now, the Secretary of Agriculture has authorized a nation- ' wide, across-the-board 10 percent i increase in 1986 advance deficiency * payments, according to Linda D,*‘ Henry, County Executive Director of the Rappahannock County ASCS 1 Office.
