The featured dog at the shelter in Amissville this week is a Labrador Retriever, black, male, approximately 55 pounds, found on Route 707 off Route 231.
The following dogs were brought in by Animal Control:
• Two male beagles, orange reflective collars, found on Route 707 near Slate Mills.
• Male and female beagle crosses with red collars, found in Flint Hill.
• Female dobie/hound cross, found on Route 707 and Quaintance Road.
There are many adult dogs spayed and neutered available for adoption. All have rabies, distemper, Parvo, Bordatella vaccines and negative heartwork checks. Applications and adoption fee required for adoption.
