William Fincham
William Oscar Fincham, 60, of Culpeper, died Saturday, Aug. 10 at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
He was born in Rappahannock County, on Sept. 3, 1935, the son of the late Clarence and Edith F. Fincham.
Mr. Fincham was retired from Virginia Department of Transportation.
He is survived by his wife, Florence Woodard Fincham of Culpeper; brother-in-law, Robert Woodard of Culpeper; sister-in-law, Catherine Woodard of Culpeper and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held ’ Tuesday, Aug. 13 at Clore Funeral ' Home with the Rev. John Burke and the Rev. Donald McCann officiating. <
Interment was in Fairview Cemetery. 9
Pallbearers were Richard Jenkins, ♦ Bennie Settle, Jerry Nichols, Joey Meadows, Marvin Jenkins, Billy Yancey, Ricky Myers, and Donnie Batman.
Clore Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
