Baldwin, deceased, and pursuant to Section 64.1-171 of the Code of Virginia, I have fixed the 29th day of August, 1996 at IO:QO as the time, and my office in Washington, Virginia, as the place, for receiving debts and demands against the said decedent or his estate. The first and Second accounts of the Executor are now before me for settlement.
