Walk-in Clinics for the Rappahannock County Health Department for November include Nov. 12 at 1-3 p.m. (flue only) and Nov. 18 at 8:30-11, am.

Hunter's Breakfast Buffet

Alumni Tournament Planned

The Rappahannock County High School Athletic Department will * sponsor the 8th Annual Alumni Basketball Tournament on Friday, " November 29th and Saturday, November 30th at 7 p.m. in the high school * gymnasium. T(

This year we would like to see if there is enough interest to have two women’s teams. Any female who graduated from Rappahannock County - High School and is interested in playing in the Alumni Tournament on Saturday evening should contact Kelly Settle at 987-8575 by Friday, Nov. , 8.

Any male who has graduated from Rappahannock County High School and is interested in playing the alumni tournament should call ® Kelly Settle at 987-8575 by Friday, Nov. 15. j

“We will need four male coaches and two female coaches as well as -» approximately 50-60 male players and 20-30 female players. When calling to register please give graduation year and let us know if you are interested in being a coach,” said Mrs. Settle.

Registration fee will be $10 which will include a t-shirt or tank top. Fees are due by Friday, Nov! 15.

Benefit Dance Scheduled :

The Amissville Volunteer Fire Department will sponsor a dance from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16. Laredo will be the group performing. “ Proper dress code required*(shirts must have collars) and you must be 21 years of age to attend.

NSDAR Members.To Meet

The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter, NSDAR, will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 1:30 p.m. at the Madison United Methodist Church in Madison. .* The speaker will be Joe P. Sherman, former Army Officer and Foreign Service Officer, his subject being “Hero of the First Cold War, 1918-1921, Major Homer H. Slaughter.”

Basketball Clinic Scheduled *

To all girls in the fifth through eighth grades that are interested in playing basketball at Rappahannock County High School in the coming years are invited to come to a free clinic with coaches from the school. All parents are welcome to come also on Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Contact Luther Stanley at 987-8277 after 5 p.m.
