Rodger William Bottomle^ and Richard Allen Bottorr>ley>' were both sentenced' in Rappahannock Circuit .Court last week after 10 mohths w’orth of court appearances.
The Bottomleys, who are brothers, were charged with grand larceny and unlawful trespassing following an incident on Oct. 19, 1997 at B&B Service Center in Sperryville where they took used auto parts and batteries from the premises.
Though they were both tried in connection with the same incident, the brothers cases were tried separately. After hearing the cases the judge reduced the charge to petty larceny and trespassing
