The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, a human services organization, will receive sealed bids for the purpose of contracting with one or more contractors to provide Tax Exempt Gasoline Card Services to our fleet of vehicles commuting in the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock. Invitation for Bids packages are available at the Procurement Office, 15361 Bradford Road, Culpeper, VA 22701, telephone number 540-825-3100, Extension 3143. The Invitation for Bids must be returned by 4:30 P.M., Monday, August 10, 1998. The Board reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bids or reject bids at any time prior to an award, to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the bid/s deemed to be most advantageous to the Board. 7-22-98
