Dean Holdaway, 94, of Chester Gap died Saturday, July 18 at his residence.
He was born June 5, 1904 in Fox, Va. to the late Lula A. Stone and Emery C. Holdaway.
Survivors include three sons Dewey Holdaway of Roanoke, Gail Holdaway of Great Falls and Curtis Holdaway of Manassas; one daughter Mary Meads of Chester Gap; 12 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
