Joseph Peregory of Castleton Ford Road took part in the Flint Hill parade riding the Boy Scout float. This float was judged Best Appearing Youth Group and won a trophy. Joseph spent last week attending Boy Scout Camp at Camp Rock Enon at Gore, Va.
The Hope Hill Baptist Church is holding Vacation Bible. School this week; each evening 7:30 until 9 p.m., with closing on Friday evening; activities and a cook-out will complete the week of teaching. Children in the area who have dot been, are still invited to attend the remaining evening.
