shown on your tax bill and you will pay only your share of the tax. In 1999 the amount of relief will be 27.5 percent of your tax, in 2000 it will be 47.5 percent, in 2001 70 percent and in 2002 you’ll get 100 percent relief.
If you pay late there will still be penalty and interest due based on the total amount you should have paid.
