TOWN OF WASHINGTON
Pursuant to Section 7-3-3 of the Town of Washington Subdivision Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:
TW SUB #98-07-01 Application by C. E. Giles to adjust the boundaries between two properties owned by him (Tax Map 20A-1, Parcels 122A &128) and between one parcel owned by him (Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 122A) and that owned by Jenkins (tax Map 20A1, Parcel 129). Boundary adjustment would result in parcels remaining below the minimum lot size, requiring review and approval.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 290 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747.
The above-named applicant, adjacant property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the County Administrator, P.O. Box 519, Washington, Virginia 22747, in advance thereof.
