Matthew Shawn Grigsby, 19, of Washington, Va., who was charged a week ago with unauthorized use of a vehicle, a felony, and trespassing, a class I misdemeanor, was charged this week with grand larceny and unlawful entry in connection with the other crimes..
Grigsby allegedly stole a TV/VCR combination from the home of David Clanagan on or before Sept. 2. He at first denied the additional charges but gave information to deputies of the Rappahannock Sheriffs Office that led to the recovery of the TV/VCR. Capt.
