The Base Line Medical Survey we are planning will acquire all that basic information ahead of time and record it on a computer which will be carried on the ambulance. Those records, plus the results of the tests done on board the ambulance, will be presented by our medical personnel to the doctors at the ER immediately upon arrival at the hospital. Those records also will enhance the speed of the doctors’ diagnosis and treatment. Such speed can often make the difference between long- and short-term recovery or even life and death.
