The Base Line Medical Survey will be implemented this fall on the following Saturdays: Oct. 3, 10, 17 and 24. To participate, you simply call the fire station at 6753615 and tell whomever answers that you want an appointment for the Medical Survey. Should there be no one there when you call, please leave your name and phone number on the answering machine. One of our medical technicians will return your call.
On the date of your appointment and upon your arrival, we will ask you to complete a simple form. You will then be escorted to the first of several cubicles where the following tests will be done: a 12 lead electrocardiogram (for heart rhythms), blood sugar (diabetes test),
