addressed. The school system is projecting an increase of up to 100 students at RCHS in the coming years which will further strain the space needs and threaten basic graduation requirements. Clearly the quality of education for our students will begin to suffer drastically unless the space problem is remedied.

In 1993 the board of supervisors first considered building an addition to RCHS in lieu of a middle school when the need arose. The time had certainly come to act. We must strive for excellence in our schools. In this day of global competition and economic uncertainty, a good education is not a luxury but an absolute necessity. I am a parent of current RCES students, looking to the day when they will graduate to
