You may recall that in our letter to you last spring, we mentioned that Washington Volunteer Fire and Rescue planned to conduct a free Base Line Medical Survey of all adult residents of Hampton District over the age of 30 who wished to participate. That survey will be conducted this fall and this invitation will provide you with the purpose of the survey and tell you how to arrange an appointment.
