The marriage of Virginia Louise O’Bannon, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. John M. O’Bannon III of Richmond to Brian Barry DeaSy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin B. Deasy of Herndon took place on Aug. 8 at River Road Baptist Church in Richmond.

The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Virginia A. Steinmetz of Sarasota, Fla. and the late Granville H. Steinmetz and Mrs. Louise R. O’Bannon of Woodville and the late J. Maurice O’Bannon.
The groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Heidmann, Esq. of Drexel Hill, Pa. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick J. Deasy of Melrose, Mass.
The bride was given in marriage by her father at the double ring ceremony.
