XTou have X to go get a turkey from food Lion. Then you go back home and bring the turkey, first, you have to clean it with water (but we ran out, so we got some from my aunt). You don’t use soap, just water! That would be yucky to use soap because it would blow up! Then you put it in a pan and put salt and pepper on it, how it’s ready for mommy to put in the oven. You have to qpok it for 52 minutes (that won’t take long) on really hot degrees (I like it hot!). Then we cook stuffing, (that’s easy to make - it’s in a box!), green beans, peas, and mashed potatoes. Then, I cut the turkey with a potato knife (my mommy helps me and gets on the back)."

l,yV7ou get a turkey from the JL tree. You have to climb up and get it. You shoot it with a gun or a bow and arrow (in the heart). Bring it home. Wash it with water and a rag (and a sponge). You get the feathers off by pulling them with your hands. You have to put it in a bowl. Don’t put anything on it. Put it in the oven. Cook it for six minutes at 50 degrees. Then, you can eat it for lunch and snack for a long time. You get to cut it with a knife (people do this!). Then, you serve it with mashed potatoes, peas, and all kinds of Thanksgiving stuff."
