1999 Rappahannock County vehicle decals are on sale at the Rappahannock Treasurer’s Office. Registration card or copy required before decal can be purchased Personal property taxes must be paid prior to purchasing a decal which must be displayed by April 16. The Treasurer’s Office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through April 16.
