• The Wakefield Country Day Publications Club has released another issue of “The Phoenix” - the school newsletter. It contains many interesting, thought-provoking, and entertaining articles. We are all looking forward to reading the next one!

• The Drama Club’s presentation of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” that was held on Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28 was a huge success. A good time was had by all! Mrs. Aney Hoehn, the director, and her cast of student actors deserve a lot of credit for all their hard work in putting on such a professional and delightful production of Shakespeare. Congratulations!!

• Congsatulations to seventh grader Erik Hickson and third grader Matthew Wingfield for being the top sellers of ads for the Drama Club program. A total of $3,000 was raised and will be used to pay for a new stage platform, two lacrosse goals, a fence and net clips for soccer, an outside scoreboard, and basketball equipment. Thanks to all our patrons and advertisers.
