Pursuant to Section 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 14, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:
TW SUB #99-03-01 Application by Claybert Smoot to create a parcel of approximately V6 acre on Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 5 leaving a residue of approximately 9/10 of an acre.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. at 290 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747.
The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the County Administrator, P.O. Box 519, Washington, Virginia 22747, in advance thereof.
