The Theatre at Washington, Va. has just released its schedule for the new season, which opens in January with two jazz concerts by highly popular past performers. On Saturday, Jan. 13 at 8 p.m., jazz guitarist Jimmy Bruno returns to the Theatre, this time joined by fellow guitarist Joe Beck.
Toward the end of the month, on Saturday, Jan. 27 at 8 p.m., the jazz pianist Bill Charlap, whose last concert here was just a year ago, will play at the. Theatre. All of these leading professional musicians will be traveling from the New York area to "Little Washington" just for these concerts, and Washingtonians hope that the weather will be as cooperative as it was last year at the same time.
